Seem to have run into a problem with Zoroastrian playthrough. Got everything set to rebuild Persepolis but when I click the descion, the event pops up with just the option to "make it grander than it ever was!" choice, but when I click on it, nothing seems to happen, even if I wait for 9 years on the same ruler. Any help? I've got Eshterfan as my capital and everything.
