At this point IRL, I think the European Union would declare war on the SCO. The SCO is showing that it may be a spent force and the European Union would not want to miss the chance to take back Central and Eastern Europe. They no doubt remember what happened against the Russians last time and are probably hungry for revenge.

No! If they see that Japan is becoming the greatest superpower of all time,i would guess that they join the war against them,so that the world order is in balance

Not necessarily. Japan has not shown an interest in interfering in Europe so far. They are only interested in Asia. Therefore, the Europeans would not necessarily see Japan as a threat. Russia, on the other hand, does have a vested interest in expanding its interest in Europe, as shown by WWIII. Therefore, Russia would be the real threat and it would be better for them to seize Eastern and Central Europe while Russia is weak and therefore erect a bulwark to keep them out. As long as Japan does not try to interfere in Europe's sphere, their is no real incentive to attack them. In fact, they may view Japan in the sense of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend". Also, Japan has not shown that it has an ability to project power into Europe yet. So far, it has only displayed power projection capabilities in the Pacific and lacks real allies that would provide it bases from which to operate within reach of Europe.

As for China, I am for the option of taking the parts that are worth holding for yourself and releasing the rest as puppets. Take the most populous and industrious regions for yourself and release the other areas as puppets.

...and most importantly its last remaining aircraft carriers, the USS Harry S Truman, and the Big E, USS Enterprise.

You're just getting all sort of symbolic victories, aren't ya?

I imagine that German bloc inside EU is doing massive lobbying for such war right now, after all, pro-Russian Danubian Federation sits on the German bridge to Adriatic...

@Aliasing: I just didn't bother to change the name, and I don't really care enough about it to do so.

@Sumeragi: That might be a bit too extreme lol. I do plan on making about 5 different states out of the ashes of the PRC, and I look forward to revealing them.

@Ivir Baggins: Its the GLA commander character from Command and Conquer Generals. IIRC he is the player character when you play as the GLA faction in that game.

@History_Buff: As I have said before, I have already played too far into the game to have EF intervention. However, they will have a prominent role to play for when the war ends, as Russian defeat will itself lead to the collapse of all Russian authority over Eastern and Northern Europe. At that point, the EF can simply move in with no bloodshed and achieve almost complete European unification.

@everyone else: thanks for the comments!

Off the coast of Hokkaido, Japan's navy suffers a terrible loss. Japan's small submarine fleet is decimated by a large US navy taskforce, consisting of lots of SSGN's and destroyers which was waiting off the coast. Hundreds of Japanese sailors are lost due to this tragedy, and Japan's entire submarine force is wiped out.
subswipedout.png

Japanese vessels blockading Guam are ordered back to the home islands to attempt to intercept. They are able to do this successfully, attacking the Americans and destroying 6 of their missile subs as well as an American frigate.
usnmissilesubsdestroyed.png

On land, Japanese forces, recently recalled from the new settled Indian front, join up with local units and storm Hainan fortress. Japanese troops encounter heavy resistance from the SCO forces on the island, which include not only PLA units but also soldiers from Greece, Turkey, and Romania. No matter their nationality, the enemy forces are soon completely defeated, surrendering in droves to Japanese soldiers.
fallofhainanfortress.png

Chongqing, the Chinese capital, now comes under siege from Japanese soldiers. The city is heavily defended, and Japanese troops have to fight in brutal urban combat to try and take it for the emperor. The fighting is intense, and casualties quickly begin to mount.
siegeofchongqing2016.png

After a few days of heavy fighting, Japanese commanders order their forces to withdraw from combat. SCO forces bring in substantial reserves to defend the city, something that compels Japanese commanders to break off the attack in order to avoid taking very heavy losses.
chongqingholds.png

In response, Japanese forces are ordered to launch huge attacks along the southernmost regions of the front, near the Chinese city of Kunming. This is done in order to force the Chinese and their allies to redeploy forces to the south in order to respond to this attack. Japanese troops make swift progress, destroying more SCO units and taking new ground in the area.
yunnanfighting.png

The plan works to perfection. Very large numbers of enemy troops are forced to be redeployed from Chongqing in order to combat Japanese forces further south. Seeing that the enemy is now weakened, Japanese troops attack Chongqing once again. After a swift and overwhelming assault on the city, SCO defenses collapse and it falls into Japanese hands.
chongqingsiege2.png

Meanwhile, the Coalition is starting to get somewhat annoying. British soldiers take control of the northern Ryukyu's. Very quickly however, they are destroyed by massive Japanese air attacks and the islands are retaken by Japanese troops.
annoyingbritish.png

At around the same time, American forces land in Taiwan. Their troops take control of a bridgehead in the southern portion of the island before they are annihilated by Japanese airmobile forces and massive bombing attacks.
annoyingamericans.png

SCO forces in central Yunnan are trapped in a pocket centered around the city of Chengdu. With no escape possible, thousands of their soldiers surrender en masse to Japanese troops.
chengdupocket.png

Coalition forces keep landing in Southern Taiwan. This time, it is Mexican soldiers which land on the island to threaten Taipei. Like their American counterparts however, they are quickly rounded up and destroyed by intense Japanese counterattacks.
annoyingmexicans.png

On the mainland, the People's Republic of China is entering its twilight days. After multiple catastrophic defeats to Japanese and allied forces, the SCO's units are exhausted, battered, and falling apart. Now, Japanese forces are ordered to begin their long march to the west, into the far off regions of Xinjiang to the last Chinese stronghold of Urumqi. SCO remnant forces standing in the way are swept aside by a tide of Japanese tanks and soldiers that push onward into the mountains and deserts of western China.
scoremnants.png

In the Philippines, reinforcements finally arrive. Beleaguered local Japanese units are reinforced by 3 entire Japanese SNLF marine army groups, consisting of thousands of battle hardened elite soldiers, ready to push the Coalition's troops out of the islands and secure once and for all Japanese rule over the Philippines.
snlfreinforcements.png

In Taiwan, yet more American landings on the island! It seems that every time Japanese soldiers snuff out a Coalition landing, more and more enemy troops arrive to take the place of the units previously defeated. The complete disregard of American and Coalition soldiers by their leaders is baffling to Japanese commanders, who cannot understand why they enemy is so desperate to take control of Taiwan when other fronts like the Philippines should be more important to them.
annoyingamericans2.png

Believing that these landings may be coming out of Guam, Japanese ships once again take up position around the island and start attacking enemy shipping. Enemy vessels, with no air cover to protect them, are easy pray to Japanese carriers.

Aww...you sank Henry Jackson. :(

Were you/are you in the service and you were stationed on her? Just curious :p

Great job in dealing with the American carriers. Looks like you'll need those CVs in production sooner than expected.

Enemy presence in Guam is really annoying, I guess that blockade will at least keep them trapped on the island, if there is no way to flush them out.

Unite the Arabs into one supper Arab State since they are now under radical islam control

If we are to fight the Arabs this would be quite a boss fight.

Make it look like the size of the Achaemenid empire added with Saudi Arabia AKA "Greater Arabia"

As for your enemies..................

When you annex them................split them into the smallest possible size.....so they would n

For China I'd suggest seperating it into seven smaller nations(reference to the seven kingdoms period) or the Chinese Empire in HOI2.

Also what role would the EU play in this war?

Well, those were suggestions, although looking at how things are going and your hint, the following seems to be the best plan:

1. Tibet (under Indian "influence")
2. Uyghurstan (To be expanded into Turkestan once all of Central Asia is under the Japanese)
3. Manmongkuo (Union of Manchukuo and Greater Mongolia, please parts of northern China)
4. Nanyang (Southern China)
5. Greater Sichuan (Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Chongqing)
6. Hui (Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Shaanxi)

That being said, all those Taiwan landings are truly baffling.

@Nathan Madien: Meh, that ship had it coming.

@Asalto: Guam has been a thorn in my side throughout this entire game. When the time comes to burn a path across the Pacific Ocean to America, Guam is one of the first places on my hit list. I just hope I can take the island without taking too many casualties.

@everyone else: Thanks for the comments!

In the Philippines, newly arrived Japanese marines quickly get to work dismantling Coalition forces in the region. Samar, the main Coalition base on the Philippines, is retaken by Japanese marines who battle it out with Anglo-American troops that try to defend it. The enemy forces cannot hold out under this ferocious assault, and soon surrender.
retakingsamar.png

Battles continue along the Northern Limit Line against the Russian army. However, by now, Russian and SCO forces are only a shadow of their former selves, and cannot mount any major large scale offensives against Korean forces along the front. Instead, the best they can do are smaller attacks that have almost no hope of any success.
rokvsrussians.png

Instead, the shoe is now largely on the other foot. Where once Japanese and allied forces could not even think of mounting major offensives into Russian territory, now allied forces can attack the enemy at will along the front. For example, allied units launch a massive assault on Russian forces near the town of Chita, along the border.
battleofchita.png

Meanwhile, the long march into the West of China continues. Enemy resistance is crumbling in the face of Japan's armies.
longmarchwestwards.png

In Taiwan, another American landing takes place in the south of the island. As before, these American forces are pounded by Japanese bombers and then annihilated by airmobile forces that arrive from the mainland.
annoyingamericans3.png

Back in Japan, the navy gets a much needed boost, as a very large number of brand new destroyers come out of the shipyards and enter service with the Japanese navy. These vessels help replace some of the losses the navy has taken since the beginning of the war, greatly enhancing the Japanese Navy's combat power.
newdestroyers2.png

Back in China, Japanese forces are attempting to stamp out whatever resistance is left in western Yunnan. However, enemy forces are very well entrenched in the mountains requiring massive bombing attacks by the Thai Air Force to help the ground forces continue their advance.
thaiairoffensive.png

Meanwhile, in America, the United States holds its 2016 US presidential elections. President Gingrich becomes a one term president, as his utter failure to defeat Japan in the war brings massive discontent and anger towards him. The utter destruction of much of the US Navy at Japanese hands, and the disasters of American attacks on places like Taiwan, have completely destroyed all faith that the American people had placed in him to deliver victory. Instead, the American people chose a distinguished member of the United States Military to become America's new wartime president. By an overwhelming majority of votes, American war hero General David Petraeus becomes the new President of the United States.
presidentpetraeus.png

In the Philippines, Japanese marines attempt to cross onto the southernmost Filipino island of Mindanao. At first, the battle looks like it will once again be a Japanese victory, but Coalition forces rally and manage to hold their lines. Japanese marines are forced to withdraw from combat and lick their wounds, showing that the enemy is far from defeated in the Philippines.
bloodycagayan.png

Back in China, Japanese tanks are rolling through the deserts of Xinjiang, paving the way to the last Chinese stronghold of Urumqi. All efforts by enemy forces to form new coherent defensive lines fail, as they are simply swept away by extreme Japanese armoured firepower.
tanksinthegobi.png

Meanwhile, the last pocket of enemy forces in Yunnan is cornered along the old Burmese border. Under siege from all sides by Japanese and Thai troops, the enemy troops eventually surrender.
yunnansurrender.png

At long last, the time has finally come. Japanese forces have reached the outskirts of Urumqi, Xinjiang's capital and the last hiding place of the Chinese Military Junta and the remnants of the old Communist party politburo. Japanese elite commando brigades lead the way into the city, which is only defended by a single PLA tank brigade. The Chinese armoured units fight very hard despite the hopeless situation, as this tank unit is composed of some of the PLA's most devoted and well trained soldiers. Despite their ferocity, Japanese skill, technology, and numbers soon wins the day, as the last enemy tanks are destroyed and Japanese soldiers raise the Rising Sun flag high atop the city.
thelastblow.png

urumqifalls.png

Most of the members of the Chinese politburo are captured, including people responsible for the administration of China's decimated nuclear weapons arsenal. Captured Chinese leaders inform Japanese commanders on the ground that China's nuclear weapons stockpile has largely been lost, due to rapid Japanese advances and the quick destruction of Chinese missile units equipped with nuclear warheads. With no other options left to resist, the remnants of the Chinese regime agree to sign unconditional surrender to Japan. On December 15th, 2016, The Peoples Republic of China Surrenders Fully and Unconditionally to the Japanese Empire. All remaining PLA forces throw down their weapons and surrender to the nearest Japanese units. China is totally and utterly defeated, bringing the final end to China's dreams of becoming the world's newest superpower. Bells ring out all over Japan in celebration, sounds that are joined by cries of "Long Live the Emperor!" by the Japanese people.
chinasurrenders.png

China is down, and out cold. Now, only Russia and the other remnants of the SCO are left to resist. With China defeated, it is now finally time to bring down the Russian bear and end the war in East Asia once and for all!

China is finally out of the game, well done! As for new US leadership, when I first saw Petraeus I thought that there was a coup in USA. And now, time to make a grand finale against US presence in Pacific. To avoid too many casulties on both sides when it will be time to capture fortified Guam, Japanese should consider using alternate tactics. Psyhological warfare department suggests the use of Nostalgia Bombs: Enemy should be bombarded with Pokemon stuff and other popular Japanese things that strongly influenced the childhoods of so many. When enemy soldiers will be hit by nostalgia effect, they will lose their fighting spirit as they could not understand how the people that created such things can even be their enemies.
