Hi guys, yesterday I began a game, just for trying the new free features, with Genoa and I successfully invaded Milan resulting in two conquered provinces (Cremona and Parma) with high nationalistic unrest. Few years after when the risk of an uprising has become dangerously high I sent my troops to Cremona in order to avoid crossing river penalty. As expected, in a couple of months two armies of rebels arose in these provinces but THEY WERE CONSIDERED ALLIES!
In fact, they aren't sieging my provinces and I can't attack them. Only the "Looted" province condition is applied.
I have EU4 with Res Publica dlc patched to the last version.
