If my rebellion delay (due to centralization DP) is +2.4 months, what exactly does that mean? What does it affect?
I think there is a certain amount of time of XX months (perhaps 36 months?) from the rebel takeover of a province until that province defects or declared independence. Rebellion delay is a modification to that time, i.e. it takes XX + 2.4 months for the rebels to defect or declare independence in your case. That's my guess, anyway.Originally posted by beowulf

Well i thinks it's either Revolt Risk takes 2.4 months longer (or shorter) to add (my RR takes 2.4 more months to get to +1) or it takes longer for rebels to defect.
