Someone know a mod which rework the rebel system? I'm in 1907 and every revolt have hundreds thousands of people, 750K communist and now 250/300k jaconin a year later ... like said in the tilte, I feel like I make a genocide after each revolt ...

there are tons of revolts in PDM as well anyway.
Either you slaughter them (if you can), or you let them win... But what is happening to your country is basically a civil war. Probably due to decisions you took two decades ago. Here is Vicky's fun

If you'd enact pensions or unemployment subsidies, you can make sure POPs get their life needs, which is mostly the cause of the problem.
If POPs don't get their needs, they get pissed and start to revolt.
