So, in my very first playthrough, I got the Horizon signal. However, when the worm came through to turn a bunch of planets, they didn't have any resources.

In 2.1 prior, this wasn't an issue. Just plop mines and stuff down anyway, but now your only option is to build city planets. Not too much of a problem, you just won't be able to colonize all of them due to upkeep problems. But still, it'd be nice if there was a way to ensure some districts were created. To make them more attractive for general colonization.

This... Should probably be upvotes for visibility. I'd report it as a bug.
The same thing happened in previous versions of the game. It's not a bug, just... something that should get a second look given the way planets are now.

I had a strange thing with a tomb world. after transformation my food districts(and probably others too) just vanished.
so unless it was a coincidence - horizon (or just tomb worlds) may be a bit buggy sometimes (but post-apocalyptic start was fine)

Could be a bug then. My capital still has food districts (still has all its districts actually) after the horizon signal, just the newly spawned tomb worlds dont have districts.

I looked at som of the other "natural" tomb worlds in the game and they still have districts, including food.

Before, a planet had x amount of resources, when you changed it type (due to this event, or terraforming) it kept the resources.

The thing is, this event changes barren planets that don't have resources to habitable planets. So it's not really related to whether it's a tomb world or not, just whether it had any resources to begin with.

But the thing is, you could say every planet have those resources, even uncolonizable ones, they are just not emulated because why would you bloat game data if it cannot be colonized? The Worm is obvious exception to this which was obviously overlooked.

Now that I think about it, has anyone terraformed any barren planets (terraforming candidates)? Does the same issue arise?

I've been terraforming a bunch of terraforming candidates and from what I can tell they've all spawned with districts as they should've.
Hmm, odd. Either they fixed it, or... are terraforming candidates coded differently than regular barren/frozen/molten/etc worlds?

I think they might be different. They're also definitely bugged though, as they'll retain the Terraforming Candidate modifier if I terraform to Hive Worlds, and the ones terraformed to normal planet types have blockers on them.

I thought the same thing but since to planet given by the worm prior to 2.2 were ressourceless, which wasn't problematic with the old system, they didn't think to add districts on them... And unless you have a big planet to build an econemopolis on it, they are worthless...

It doesn't happen on other tomb world than those.
