Why?

General Alert Protocol
- costs 2 points / 30 energy

Too little I think, this operation is so good.

Reactive Phase Protection is too random and dangerous operation. You can put your unit closer to enemy actually.
Diversion Projection is bugged its blind can't be dispelled, so it's too good.
Shredder Bomb causes High Impact, but it's not mentioned in description.

Cleansing Surge is best dispel in game. Its cost 1 pt is OP.
Advanced Munition Provision could cost 1 pt.

Firestorm Projectile is too cheap. Maybe 40 energy?
Remote System Purge was ovenerfed. It should cost 1 pt.
Rite of Revitalization is OP for such cost. It gives 70 hp heal almost always + dispel. It could have heal something like +10 HP for each charge, not only 1 charge needed.

Dark Icon is not worth 4 pts. If its range would 2 hexes...
Aegis Protection Field - 2 turns?
Deploy Sentinel - is Sentinel so good for bigger price?

Adhesive Artillery - too expensive I think. Compare with Firestorm Projectile.
Create Phase Echo - it's so overpriced for huge 50% damage debuff...
Amplifying Field Pylon suffers from 1 hex limitation.
Psionic Bolstering is useless if your enemy is not psionic. No morale or damage buff...

Pulse Disruption Lance - isn't it too expensive?
Localized Earthquake Generator is too expensive for non-damaging operation.
One With The Swarm - decrease to 3 shields.
Luring Field Pylon is too expensive for 5 crappy unmodded T2 animals.

Convert Heretic
- costs 5 points / 60 energy

+

Psychic Control could give bigger debuff on fail like Broken Mind x2 or even x3.

Dimensional Vortex Bomb
- costs 7 points / 75 energy

+

Localized System Shutdown could be cheaper because works only on Mechanical + Cyborg.
Hyper-stimulation Beam is so-so...
Sacrifice to Abyss - Herald should be without any debuffs for such price.
Acid Rain - I think this operation was overnerfed.

Area Of Reprieve
- operations and damage abilites are blocked for enemies only
- increase healing to 20 + costs 7 points / 75 energy

Landmarks
Voidtech - at least every turn.
Cryo Facility - maybe some higher tier units? Or every round. This is gold landmark anyway.
Dark Sanctorum - need to increase strength.
Phoenix Vault - too easy to avoid.
Celestian Archives - need to increase strength.

Emergency shielding comes with the caveat of immobilizing the target. You can simply disengage the affected target and come back to them later. It also does not give stagger resistance/immunity. As a clutch skill it is nice, but the thermal immunity is the bigger deal.

Did you know a colonizer will "win" fights against owls or other thermal only enemies thanks to this operation? :p The only thing I would change about this operation is make it give 6 thermal resistance instead of total immunity.

you would suffer huge losses against emergency shielding on a key unit with high damage or area of effect bcz it can be casted for many turns.
increasing tactical points to 2 is the answer.

You literally just walk away. Or use melee. Hell use the shield stripping laser tech. Emergency shielding is a situational clutch, not a hard carry.
