So you currently can get one! hundred! stress!!! from just trying to learn a language. Since children are able to learn languages (and it's encouraged to teach them then since they learn them easier as children) but don't have access to stress dumps, kids all over the game map are growing up as Profligate Wrathful Drunkards. Learning a language is not nearly so powerful that it deserves this kind of punishment attached to it, and frankly it's ridiculous that they are more stressed when mom makes them do their French homework than when she DIES.
