Just a couple of minor suggestions in case they are not already implemented:
1) There should be iron ore in Lappland, although the province should almost have to be colonized (VERY low population).
2) Sweden, Denmark, England, Ireland, Scotland, France, Portugal, Spain and the Hanseatic League should know about Iceland.
3) Denmark should know about southern Greenland.
4) The toll in Öresund really should be represented somehow. At times it stood for 2/3 of the total Danish incomes. We're talking HUGE amounts of gold here. Whoever holds both Skåne and Sjaelland should benefit from this vital bonus.
5) Why not change the names of certain provinces depending on who holds them? Examples: Alsace/Elsass, Lorraine/Lothringen, Sjaelland/Själland, 0stlandet/Östlandet. Minor, I know, but fun.
6) Both Sweden and Denmark were stronger nations than the Moscovites when the game starts. Arguably, rich Denmark was in a better position than even England. Both nations (especially Sweden) historically came to play a much greater role in European history than Poland. Yet neither Scandinavian nation is playable in the Grand Campaign by default. And this from a Swedish publisher. Shame, shame, shame, shame and embarassment.
