Realm Laws Expanded

There should be various laws, accessible for kings and emperors to gain special effect or circumvent restrictions to get more vibrant realm, politics etc.

Examples:
Women councilors (male dominated)
- disallow women from all positions, except spymaster (you gain positive opinion with head of faith if any)
- allow for nobles and close relatives all except marshal
- allow all women all positions except marshal (you gain negative opinion with head of faith if any)

Investiture (theocratic tradition)
- Papal (head of faith) - realm priest is appointed by the Pope, rulers can pay piety to select new one, but Pope can make demands (ward, gold, relative for holy order...)
- Free (ruler) - realm priest is appointed by the ruler himself (negative head of faith opinion, may ask you to change law)
- Caesaropapism - realm priest is head of the faith (who is a vassal to the ruler - condition), ruler can appoint successor from ranks of the clergy (order members, monks, all realm priests of the same faith) and even force current head to abdicate if sinful or low health (on cost of piety and fervor)

More Examples:
Inheritance
- allow/disallow criminals - criminals will not stand to inherit any titles (still gain claims, tho)
- allow/disallow sinners - characters with negative piety will not stand to inherit
- disallow/disallow unfit - infirm, inbred and ibeciles do not stand to inherit any titles

Court culture
- Cosmopolitan - gain small development bonus if having counties of different culture, gain popular opinion in counties of different culture, allow Minor title of Court Translator
- Open - allow Minor title of Court Translator
- Traditional - bonus for culture conversion councilor task, negative popular opinion in counties of different culture

(Court Translator gains some prestige, can improve and profits from diplomacy or learning, can harm/improve relations with characters of different culture in your or neighbouring realm, can learn and share secrets if high stats and relationship)

Religious tolerance
- Absolute tolerance - big negative head of faith modifier if Righteous or Fundamentalist, all vassals gain religious protection, positive opinion with vassals of different religions , negative opinion with pious vassals of same religion (none with cynics, double with zealots and priests)
- Cuius regio, eius religio - negative head of faith modifier if Righteous or Fundamentalist, vassals of same religion group gain religious protection
- Church doctrine - as per default
- None - if ruler (with no religious protection) refuses conversion demand, ruler gains revocation reason, head of faith negative modifier if pluralist, positive if fundamentalist or rigteous
