Realm Color Will Not Change

Hey guys. I've been attempting to change my RGB values in the landed_titles.txt file in order to get a different realm color. For some reason after this recent expansion the value can be edited but the color doesn't change. Am I the only one running into this?

• What title are you editing exactly?
• Have you made sure your mod is up and running?
• Could you drop a snippet of your landed_titles.txt?
• Are you sure your syntax is correct?
• Have you checked your error logs?

I'm up-to-date and didn't have any problems changing colors:
