As someone that enjoys building and specializing my worlds I'm really happy with the new changes that give me the option to specialize into 15-20ish core worlds if I so choose. I always hated the early to mid game before where I felt like I was forced to hand off unfinished planets to sectors just to keep up. Now for a (fair imo) price I can put off using sectors until my first waves of planets are fully complete.
