Hello, i saw in some diary that Germany has real names of tanks and logos of manufacter , will be this available in other countries, for example less known in 2.WW ( Finland,Greece for example)?

For the majors (Germany, GB, USA, France, Italy, Japan), yes.
Every one else, we can't be sure. Czechoslovakia could have the LT vz. 38 or not at lauch.

Yeah yeah i know it but there was a vehicle tree for Germany tanks, it seems that was default set, it was distinguished to light,medium and heavy tanks

This is a never picture.
The Tree will look the same for every country. Only the names and pictures will change. So instead of the Panzer III the USA will have the M3 Lee there.

Only for the major countries there will be country specific companies, vehicles and national focus trees. Minors share generic ones. With that said, the devs would like to give every nation specific stuff, but for some countries it might be straight up impossible since they didnt had their own production, or for others where it is very hard to find companies for since some countries used hard to find design bureaus.
They will most likely expand on that with expansions, just like they do with their EUIV expansions for example. If possible we will most likely see specific national focus trees and vehicle names for all important minor nations of ww2 at some point.
