Real Money Transaction not Restorable?

Hello, i played this game too over a year ago, i just came back due to new updates and as i see, all my payd content is gone too <.<
I bought it with real money, and even my google play account has it recorded.
I tryed to restore it, but it isnt working.. u.u
would love to get some help ^^
