Has there been any glimpses of the "Reaffirm Monroe Doctrine" US tree that was mentioned in the USA dev diary? I'm curious what sorts of decisions will be available under it, such as if it targets specific countries or just general focuses which allow you to choose which to target.

A US led faction consisting of all of the Americas except Canada and the remaining colonies in the Caribbean and Northeast of Brazil would be a powerhouse, led by Us production and an overabundance of rubber and chromium that the US lacks.

This might be my goal during my second play through. Building up a massive Navy with bases basically screening The Americas, then setting our sites on maybe Japan. I wonder if there's a decision to help overthrow the European powers and liberate the colonies from them, eventually spreading into the Pacific and liberating Indonesia and other colonies.

Indeed, War Plan Red seems to be the more "anti-colonial" path, although I believe to enact it the US has to stop being democratic, which since the US is a major is going to mean civil war.

Speaking of which, it will be interesting to see how the Monroe doctrine works with a non-democratic USA.
