I am referring to this post concerning the request to complete the Paradox modding survey posted on 24th March.

I am not one to complain normally but I am annoyed at the lack of response to questions asked in this thread. I find it quite rude that the post has been locked with no acknowledgement of what is a reasonable question. ( I and another member asked for clarification on a particular point. ) .
If Paradox wish us to complete a survey then someone in charge of the thread can at least have the decency to respect the community and answer these questions. The community is doing them a favour in answering the survey. That said I would still like to complete the survey if an answer is forthcoming.

I think the thread has been locked because the survey has closed (although there was no close date listed in the thread), rather than any objection to the questions being asked. The survey wasn't specifically about Cities Skylines but posted across subforums for several Paradox titles so it's likely the individual threads weren't checked for questions (and I'm not sure the distinction between assets and mods exists for PI's other titles).

I did the survey, but got a bit unsure of how to count, and I saw "previous" and "next" buttons, and pressed "next" to see if I could get more insight, but then it said it was done, and there was no "previous" button, so I couldn't even go back to finish filling it all out. (Just missed the last page.)

That could explain a lot.

Thank you @stornie that probably explains the locking. I still think that to acknowledge the questions and a one line reply stating that the survey is now closed would have been good manners, but then perhaps I am too old fashioned
