Re-customizing Custom Nations in-game

If you have a Client State, you can at any time change the name, map color and flag of it
I think it would be cool if we could re-customize our Custom Nations in-game like that as well.

Since the next expansion will add military coups and stuff like that, it could also let us change to better reflect our new governments. Kind of like Victoria 2 has with Fascist and Communist flags, you know?

Essentially, the thing you can do right now on Client States but for Custom Nations as well

Reminds me of the way you can customize names/coats of arms in CKII.

Would be great to also combine (marshaling) flags of nations similar to Spain's coat of arms based on regions owned. So, for example, if you own lands in France then you can incorporate the fleur-de-lis into your nation's flag.

It would also be very nice if you could force your government type on your client states/vassals. At the cost of some liberty desire.
