Razer Synapse 3.3 issues

I recently purchased a Razer Basilisk mouse and Ornata Chroma keyboard and installed Razer Synapse 3. Since then, while playing Stellaris, all lights on the mouse and keyboard will turn off and I will hear the Windows disconnection and reconnect tones as if I'm unplugging and plugging in my kb/m. This will happen once, maybe twice, then Stellaris locks up and nothing short of CTRL + ALT + DEL > kill Stellaris will unfreeze it. This issue is only occurring when I play Stellaris.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled Synapse twice now. I'm not sure what else could be causing this. Any ideas?

Please contact Razer support for help with their products, because any fix would have to come from them. Most likely in the form of an updated driver or Synapse version, that has helped with various other issues with their products and our games before.
