In a leader entry there is a field of "rank". I think I remember reading on the forums that the lower the number the better, as in able to steal sieges. Is this correct or am I way off?

Figured it out, didn't know the search function had be reenabled 
. New question. I tried to raise the shock and fire values of a leader of mine but they won't raise over 2, which is default for my nation. I have made the changes in the save file and saved it. But upon loading there are no changes. I can change the movement value though. Any ideas?

Interesting. Maybe you can only change the shock and fire values for a leader and not a generic leader.
That's what I'm thinking, but I was able to make him a monarch, which is kinda silly.
