Randomized new world and colonial states

So with the new expansion offering a randomized new world, will they also create the colonial regions for the new colonial states? Or will it use the current system in place?

I am not sure what you mean, it could be both. I bet there will be colonial nation names based upon the region. So basically what is planned now in an unrandomized world.
