I currently work on my first mod ( work name : "spyluck" ) and recognized after a while that i really miss a function: randomize.

Exampel:
I have an event with the possible results A and B. For the AI I can assign given chances with "ai_chance" - fine.
But what about human players ? I don't want a 50-50% decision ( or 25-75 or 33-66 with 4 or 3 options ) and in 99% humans will prefer one option anyways ... so help realism and give luck a chance :D

My enigma-series includes 98 events spread over 4 nations. It really sucks when all this fails, because if in this case England ( they have the final event ) would be controlled by a human with a 50-50 chance to crack the enigma code, while i used all those events to get a far more detailed proportion.

So i demand a "randomize" function, which prompts human players just an option to roll the dice. For modders it should be useable like ai_chance.
That should be an easy job and it would allow a far more versatile gameplay.
