Random New World mission

What does it mean when in a Random New World game I get a mission success criterium to own 'At least one province in the Colonial La Plata colonial region'?

There isn't Colonial La Plata region, of course. There is a subcontinet: South America when I switch to Regions mapmode. But every New World province that I discovered so far is on that subcontinent.

I did, it just says e.g. Colonial Osceola, which is exactly the same as the region name in Regions mapmode.

Looks like those missions might not be RNW-proof.

From the 'allow' part of the mission. It would suggest that I have discovered "La Plata", just that I don't know which of the colonial regions is actually the La Plata.

For some reason I can't uncheck the Compress box when saving the game. I thought if I could see the uncompressed save game file maybe I could decipher some of this.
