Given that the Random New World makes use of a tile system, might it be useful to add Panama Canal like canals to some of the largest random tiles, if such tiles lend themselves to it?
And in more general terms would it be possible (maybe for modders) to have certain decisions/great projects/events which are dependent on the existence of certain RNW tiles?
