I'm all for making Peace Negotiations as dynamic as possible, and here are a couple of things I'd love to see:
1) Force the removal of an embargo against me, or any of my allies (if it's serious enough to give us a CB when it is put in place, then it should be serious enough that I can force its removal later)
2) Demand that a losing nation release its vassal(s).
3) Disarmament - *very* historic option that would require a losing AI to not rise above fielding X% of their total supportable troops (of course, to prevent this from being exploited, anyone who attacked such a hobbled nation should get an extreme bb hit).
4) Tech Share - True, you get a "neighbor bonus" when you research if you are behind, but wouldn't it be cool if you could agree to "share research" resulting in a higher per-month bonus for you if you are behind in tech in a certain tree? Would provide a mechanism to foster lasting alliances besides having someone to watch your back. Would also (potentially) add value to vassals, especially for majors in slower tech groups with Latin minors as vassals.
Just some random ideas bouncing 'round in my head this morning....thought I'd put 'em out there....
