The question if syndicalism would have a chance to gain power in China is currently being discussed by the team. Personally I believe this wouldn't be the case. IMO syndicalism is too oriented on skilled labour, the presence of trade unions and the general social situation of Western Europe to gain power with the Chinese farmers and unskilled labour. Much of their anger and discontent could be channeled by the Shanqqing movement anyway (Lin Biao and Deng Xiaoping are Shanqqing for example, Mao is presumed dead).
About the AUS and Cuba: I doubt a group of American expats could gain power there. Some AARs use it as a location for American Firsters to flee too, making Cuba more Kaiserreichs Argentine than its Taiwan. For more info I refer you to ^_AC_^, who is in charge of fleshing out the AUS.
