Would in HoI4 (finally) be any kind of random generals system? I mean, it's OK to play as a major power. There so many generals...but a lot of minor powers have not that much quantity of 'em. An if there would be just a simple random generals system...Most likely there won´t be such a thing. But...

I do understand that it is too late to propose anything new, but why not to create something like this?
Player/AI (this option can be also blocked in settings, or made available only for minor powers) have a *standard* pull of generals, but if he need any new - he just makes a click on icon "new general" and here he is! Random name is taken from ~100+ most used regional names and ~300+ regional surnames (you can ask for a help of Paradox fans, that lives all around the world), random portrait can be in Vic2 system (unlikely) or as an analog of CK2 system, but nearly photo-realistic with standard uniform of that country and random faces. Hard to do because of time left? You can sell sets in 3-5 DLC (well, better ask for everyone opinion) or to make it moddable. And all you need to do now - is a system of creating random general with *shadow-man figure*.

Those generals would get random talants etc. Also, maybe there would be option to choose between immediate creation of general and to train one at the Joint Staff. First type for some time would have the feature "inexperienced", but for recruit second type - you'll need to wait some time and to spend some money\resources. Something like that.

This system also can work for leaders, with some change, of course.

And, well, maybe if *better variant* of this system can't be used in HoI4, it could be used in next one.
