random events

Is there any way to turn off the events that happen in eu2? In
eu1 you could turn them off. I hate it when your rolling along, and something pops up and drops your stability or increases your revolts. Its a real killer when your a small country with limited funds.

Turn off the random events?

Try to put a # in front of this line in events.txt in the db folder:
event = "db\events\RandomEvents.txt"
