Random crash in 1940

I'm playing as Germany and I had just started an invasion of Greece. I zoomed out and selected some divisions that were in France and the game randomly crashed to desktop. I was using the 1.03 beta patch, no mods, checksum is OPKI, it was Darkest Hour Full, Windows 7, and I bought it on Gamersgate.

I'm afraid there's not much we can do without detailed steps how to reproduce the crash.
