Random coalition idea

Ever since the coalition nerf, I haven't seen any coalitions against the ai, while before there were some atleast against the papa.
So my idea is to make it only formable at 50 AE but anyone can join the coalition from 30 AE

That's not a bad idea, have you noticed that's there are hardly coalitions outside Europe even for a player and whatever you've done.
AE from other religious group should have special rules.

Yeah it would be great, but wouldn't affect my game since I hardly ever play countries outside europe

AE bug making it too low was fixed in 1.13.1, have you tried it out?
