Railroads?

Ok i have researched experimental railroads and early railroads but i cant build any railroads anywhere in my provinces?
Why, what am i lacking?
Plz help

Is there no list on what is needed when you hold the mouse over the key(the one in the province window). It should list what is lacking.

possibly cash and other neccesary ressources... try hover your mouse pointer over it and see what the tooltip say.

No, i hover trhe mousepointer over everything but it doesnt say im lacking anything?? i have money , but i might be missing out on some resource?
i dont know it dont say what you need to build an early railroad, anyone that know plz. help?

When you cannot build RR, the button (in the province screen) should be grayed out. If you put your mouse over that grayed button, a list of resources that you lack will appear.

You need something like £2k, 50 cement and 50 steel.
