Railheads

From what Ihave read a lot of WWII was still relying on trains for transportation. So maybe including rail lines would be a good thing. I mean if you are attacking France your priorities may be taking the railheads before going straight into Paris.

I like the idea of transportation very much, but this would include a new game play and should be done in hoi3.

Yes, but provine infrastructure has no direction. I hope you know what I mean (can´t say this in English)
