I haven't actually played the game, but watched several hours of gameplay on Youtube. I really like how it's coming together and an idea that popped inside my head.

When going to the "Radio" menu, instead of simple radio names to clock on, an actual radio receiver can show up. On it, you can rotate the frequency knob and look for radios. Of course, radios that you have already found can be marked, so you can easily selected them in the future. It can even have an AM/FM switch.

Going a step further, it can have actual gameplay effect - crisis events can be mentioned on the radio for example, you may find some locations that are sending radio messages, people calling for help etc.

The radio receiver can even be upgrade-able, but that may be pushing it a bit too much.

It's looking great so far and I can't wait for it to be released next year.
