The liberation of the German satellite state is now complete and the Northern Sector command is predicting the liberation of German-Wallonia within the coming month. Meanwhile General Makhno's spearhead initiative has seen a Corridor that includes the Swiss city Zurich and German Freiburg liberated from the chains of international capitalist imperialism! Meanwhile the Italian front remains stable, with the Makhno Corridor seeing a flanking action that will allow for territorial gains in Austrian Italy in the near future.
In other news, away from the frontline, the Comite Salut de Public, under chairman Faure and secretary Guerin released the 1st General War Plan, for public consumption. The next day saw the capture of the area surrounding Saarbrucken. Internationale forces are currently moving into position to assault Cologne. To all German Army troops in the Arlon and Essen area – Lay down your arms and surrender to the nearest L'Armee Populaire detachment in your area. In order to do so, raise your hands above your head, and carry something white. In other news, the Italian offensive progresses well, and the troops in Liege and Antwerp have began to move into the Aachen area.

Comrade Bukharin has promised to join the Internationale when French troops reach the borders of the RSFSR. Perhaps he might get his wish sooner than he hoped! I've got my sympathies for Bukharin. Sure he's not such a straight laced Marxist but I always saw him as much more of a realist than many of the other leading Bolsheviks whilst he was always Lenin's favourite (who saw him as the most intelligent of the Bolsheviks). Good to see him have his chance.

Soviet appeared, but Senate didn't go to war. Now HRH Kyril is on throne, but still no war - only Finno-Soviet war - which they've won. So they hold from Vyazma to Volkhov to Petsamo XD

I don't think liberating 3/4 of their current country is to priority for the Soviets.... And I think it's more probable that they'll just forget about liberating them.
Focusing their still supposedly rather fragile (at least in comparison to that of Reactionary Russia) military on suppressing partisans in that 1/2 of their nation should hardly be the number 1 on their wish list either, hmm? “So, what are the plans of the German Congress of Trade Unions?”
“Well apart from the resolution of the conflict against the Kaiserreich, we are seeking to convince the French government to allow Germany to remain a Unified Nation. German economic power is indisputable, and the appearance of that power at the side of the Internationale would be of great prestige to the French on the global stage. Especially since it would show that they are better victors than the Germans ever where.”
“I see. And what are your thoughts on the current disarmament regine from the Saarland pocket?”
“Theodor, I think the forces of the Commune of France have shown that our warfare is a more humane form than that of the German Army. Their trench-works and fortifications have been encircled, and several full divisions have already surrendered. Were we fighting a war like the Weltkrieg, those men and probably many more would have been murdered in grinding trench warfare.”

In other news, Internationale troops arrived in Nuremberg today, defending the recently captured city from a two fronted attack by exhausted German troops. The city, which is the industrial engine of the Former Kingdom of Bavaria, fell after two days of hard fighting by the vanguard armies of General Makhno's Central thrust, before a retaliatory attack by German Artillery surrounding the city caused most of the historical buildings of the town to be ruined in the heaviest bombardment of the war thus far. Apparently the difference between 1938 and 1939 actually sees a rapid increase in AI german war readiness.
