Racing for BB - and a little advice wanted

Heyesey - unfortunately it looks like Turkey will need to take Serbia, Greece, and some more, to pass me.

32 Isn't too bad. As Russia in the first 30 years I took Ingermanland and 2 provinces from Poland and annexed Pskov, Kazan, Astrakhan, Sibir, Golden Horde, Crimea, and Georgia. I think I had a bb of 43 because I was at peace for 160 years after that and I had a 3 bb after that.

If you have no allies and don't DOW somebody and keep enough forces on your border so nobody will DOW you you can get out of this if you are lucky.

I had the opposite experience with Spain though. I annexed Grenada, Navarra, Incas, Aztecs, Iriquois and took a couple provinces from France in the first 30 years. But I had allies and was trying to diplo-annex some of the German states and France kept DOWing me and dragging me into bb wars. I am almost at 300 bb in that game now!

Well, since my goal is to rule the world, I guess sitting around for 160 years is not really an option.

When you get to the point where your BB is 350 or so giving up a province doesen't really matter anymore.

Well you aren't going to rule the world if you are worried about your bb
