Sload, Imga and Limothiit will not be appearing as playable races/ courtiers. You will be able to interact with the Sload and Imga by events , when they are implemented.

I can understand Imga and Sload not being playable since canonically Imga are only near-sentient tribals that seem to be able to only imitate civilization while Sload would be too hard to implement, due to their life cycle, and could be OP because of their traits. Limothiit I guess there's too little known about them to be implimented. Yet I see you left out the Kothringi, this gives me hope. :)

Since Orcs are the only race without their own high kingdom, here is something I would like to see so that they don't disappear. Provinces in high rock and skyrim would have a chance to spawn an "orc enclave" modifier, that would work like skeever outbreaks or whatever, but wouldn't let you pay money to avoid them. These would represent the little autonomous orc communities we saw in the Skyrim game. Then, there would be a small chance to get an Orc uprising in those provinces if Orsinium is not controlled by Orcs. This would make sure that Orcs have a chance to stay alive in all games.
Dont know if its the same in the 0.1.6 but using the latest SVN version I have noticed the starting orcs are constantly puching above their weight. They can build tribal holdings for 50 gold then immeditly convert them to castles if the county religion is malacath leading to every holding they start with being maxed with castles in a few years giving them tons to troops, then they have prepared invasion on top of that. In one case I saw them take over quite a good chunk of Hammerfell.

I'll throw in a last minute plug for the Redguards. Right now they are ridiculously generic, but we actually have a surprising amount of canon information about their culture. The warrior aspect, distrust of most mages, division between assimilation and retaining their own culture, loss of their ancestral homeland; all of these are aspects that could be turned into flavor, with little need for invention.

Whole world? When? Their domain was Cyrodil, and maybe some bits and pieces of other provinces, but I don't remember all of Nirn let alone Tamriel being theirs...

As the above poster said, at their height Ayleids controlled Cyrodil and I think a large part of Hammerfell as well as a small chunk of Valenwood. Alyeids were less focused on territorial conquest than the later empires and more on obtaining slaves and the study of various magics.

ditto. one of the quirks about them that i've always liked is that like some of the other elven races, they built their own unique semi-divine tower, but the white-gold tower as well as the entire architecture of the city built around it was constructed in such a way as to harness arcane energy instead of let it fade over time, a feat unique to white-gold tower.

I went for Bretons, Orsimer and Redguards because...well, okay, I admit that part of my ew factor was the fact that the last update was a huge focus on the Far East, and I think I'd like to see more focus on Tamriel and the classic groups. And as a Daggerfall fan...well, I honestly thing Iliac Bay can do with some beefing up.

With apologies to Cyrodiil, the most important element of Cyrodiilic cultures is the Empire, not the differences between Imperial subcultures.

I went with Bretons, Orismer, and Dunmer, because the Bretons and Dunmer are the most CK appropriate with their warring factions and intrigue, and the Orsimer because they don't work in-game in a way that fits the lore. If the Orcs lose their holdings then they're doomed forever, whereas in the lore they repeatedly lose their lands but they keep coming back and making new independent settlements, or make deals to stay autonomous or provide soldiers.

As the above poster said, at their height Ayleids controlled Cyrodil and I think a large part of Hammerfell as well as a small chunk of Valenwood. Alyeids were less focused on territorial conquest than the later empires and more on obtaining slaves and the study of various magics.

I'm pretty sure every Elf-race has had slaves at one point. They've even aren't above enslaving other elves!
