Pretty sure Dwemer aren't in the poll because they are already in the works. I know they're getting at very least a Massive Portraiture upgrade.

They aren't in the poll because they are more of an RD easteregg than a fully supported and fleshed out race. Same with Falmer. They both get portraits and unique military buildings, but not much else (at least so far).

The only race in need of a Portraiture update would be the Kamal.

I think the Kamal are okay as is, I mean they don't have to literally be Snow Demons, I like the Devs idea on how they look.

plus this is more or less supported by the TES universe itself. some races that are nearly unknown or insignifigant are occasionally depicted as less than 50% humanoid (namely Tsaesci) but just about every civilized race is very much comparable to humans in body shape. the Imga of valenwood (like the prophet Marukh) are ape-men, the Tsaesci have some superficial serpentine and vampiric looks. hell, the black marsh Naga, the only race with a name from IRL mythology is IRL a half upper body human-half lower body serpent. in TES concept art however, it's not any more bizarre than the argonians or felinoid Khajiit or Po'Tun. (unless blinded = yes, see picture below)

...naga portrait plz?
currently, the only non-immortal civilized beings known to TES canon or lore of any kind that are definatively NOT HUMANOID IN ANY WAY are the sloads. and that's really about it.

The Orsimer have always been one of my favorite in the ES universe and they usually dont get much love but with all the new lore coming from the new ESO Orsinium DLC there is tons of potential.

My second vote will be for the tribal zone of Atmora and Solstheim. I found that quite an interresting and different start.
However, they lack depth and the tribal rules sem not completely implemented.

As all the characters starts as barons (1 fief), it's really rewarding to become king and emperor, Raiding is a necessity for gold and prestige and fighting the undead at this level is quite intertaining (the attrition being often horrible).

There could be more stuff added (more lore events, more about religion, maybe a special events to destroy the frozen horde title...
eg : once the frozen horde has no more land, there could be a deseperate uprising from the undead. If defeated the title of frozen horde would be forfeit (or not)
Anything to make the war between the frozen horde and the Atmoran more thrilling and desperate...
By the way, in previous version, the frozen horde was unstopable. No it seems it gets kicked out (too often ?)...

Religion : dragon cult/priest interaction ? undead dragon event with the gain of some nice ancient artifact (dragonbone armor/weapon) and risk of being wounded / killed

I know Atmora and the Frozen Horde is WIP, but there is so much portential there ;)

Considering all what they are famous for, i would rather not imagine one myself. but, not being especially inventive, i gone to the wiki:
latest

So they are roughly humanoid if that's canon, as in 2 hands, 2 legs, body and head. Plus the tail, but the Argonian and Khajiit have those too and they are humanoids.

actually humanoid means having extremely close features to humans. that's why khajiit are more humanoid and po'tun being closer to felinoid but with highly humanoid elements. but i digress!:p

a sload also makes an appearance in the skyrim mod Moonpath to Elseweyr. trust me, they're uglier in person:

The canon appearance of a Sload in "Redguard" looked much worse.
RG-npc-N%27Gasta.png

Sload would be an interesting and hard race to implement due to their amphibious life-cycle, non-sentient youth, as well as size (read obesity) increase as they age. Though an adult sload might also be interesting since by nature they are a race of perfect sociopaths and extremely patient, they have to learn magic just to be able to move as adults as well.

On the subject of minor races: In the far flung future of the mod are there plans for minor races (that is races that either didn't hold land or were small populations) be represented, possibly as Courtiers appearing via event? Like the Sload, Imga, Limothiit and Kothringi, the latter two only appearing at the earliest start date since they were wiped out by the Knahaten Flu.

Definitely think Orsimer needs a little more love -- so much potential there!
I think we need to see more orcs in the dragontail Mts. It would be nice to have Trinimac as an heresy.

Tsaesci : Lamhian people of Akavir, I really want to see some stuff about dragons and blood rituals (Also, a revised slavery system could be cool, for exemple to sell someone kill him, that's not the best way I think.)
Kamal : Mhh because these rude people need love to be understand by the filthy Mer and Men :'(
Nord (And Skaal, and Atmoran): FOR TALOS !

Since Orcs are the only race without their own high kingdom, here is something I would like to see so that they don't disappear. Provinces in high rock and skyrim would have a chance to spawn an "orc enclave" modifier, that would work like skeever outbreaks or whatever, but wouldn't let you pay money to avoid them. These would represent the little autonomous orc communities we saw in the Skyrim game. Then, there would be a small chance to get an Orc uprising in those provinces if Orsinium is not controlled by Orcs. This would make sure that Orcs have a chance to stay alive in all games.
