I was wondering if players can fund/support/motivate a certain faction/POPs of same race as you, belonging to a different empire made up entirely of different races, to secede and become your vassal or become part of your empire? That would be quite nice.
If you play as a human empire, but your capital is not Earth but somewhere else, and different race/empire takes over Earth, it should be logical for Earth to be susceptible to break off and join you since the planet's majority would be humans.
