Pretty much, just missing russian and asian nations all because Ansbach wanted to anex Ulm

As I remember, there is one post a dozen of pages above, a bit similar to this, so I thought, it wouldn't mind, if I do this, anyway!

Hm, that happend to me after a few wars...all the vassels didn't want to get their armys back to their province...
To solve the problem, I started new wars, for which they moved their troops and managed it to get them at home, sometimes!

I see this happen way too often, including non-vassal AI.

They're a trader nation and it's likely he's in the age of Conscription Centers.

Yeah, it may be their secret...as I know, they had a CoT in Ulm and a respectable income of nearly 450 ducats, but may this be enough, to save money the years before? In fact, they could keep their army for long times and seemed not to have any problems with this(okay, their province wasn't occupied in this time...therefore...saving money? I really don't know, what they have done with their treasury ^^).
But I didn't question about this, who wouldn't have such a vassal?

Well lama, i am not quite sure, but when your capital is occupied, your trade income gets destroyed... but not sure about it, i might be wrong. Anyway i think the fact the OPM's love to hoard ducats in big safe, gold piles... might answer that question... Well still it is 9x times maintnance (as i think minimal support limit is 1 - otherwise occupied country still having army, would pay infinite ducats for them each month causing game to crash...

Those European borders. What year did you start at? I refuse to believe such beauty could arise from 1399, but your Pan-North American Quebec suggests otherwise.
