As to the Quirks, let me see...
Assassin: Interceptor System (Its Fires cancel out up to 3 Evasion Chevrons from its Target)
Archer: Missilery (LRM Shot Groups are much tighter, SRMs have a boost to Stability Damage. It used to be 75%, but for reasons of balance that was reduced to 50% IIRC)
Flea: Targeting Baffles (has two baffles, each gives a plus one to Evasion - should wrk well with COIL Weapons)
Vulcan: (Support Weapons have twice the range)
Rifleman:
Warhammer: Energy Capacitors (plus 20% Damage from Energy Weapons)
Marauder: Lance Command Module (Minus 10% Damage to entire Lance)
Bull Shark: Thumper Cannon (Area Effect Weapon, 2 uses, 10-50 Damage per Mech Section except for the Head)
