I'm currently playing my first game of Victoria (revolutions). Im playing Belgium.

It seems to me one of the most important things is to do is to split pops as soon as they get to 40k, since I have loads of empty factory/RGO slots. This is quite tedious from a micromanagement point of view since the way I do it at the moment is to click on each province and search for > 40k pops.

Is there a quick way to find pops over 40k and split them? Or on the other hand, is this not even a good strategy!?

If you go to page 6 in the ledger you can sort your POPs according to size and then double click on the entry of the POPs that are over 40k and you will be taken directly to that POP on the map.

The most quickest way i've found is to first look at your fatories. Then according to the needed number of workers, i double click a province(the first click selects state), then click the pop list at the bottom then find a pop >40k and split them. This is the fastest way i've found.
