Because we took that out.
After a province gets a castle, however, you can build cities and temples there for considerably cheaper for about 50 years. Don't build them directly, however -- use the title decisions (you'll see them when you right-click on the title CoA).
Do you changed shields on the last patch? I heve different shields of Poland, Hungary and its' duchys.
Version 4.0.1.6 Released!Just a note that, if you're loading a save game, you might want to first go into your My Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II directory and delete the gfx folder there. That will force your flags to reboot upon load. If you don't do that, some of the flags will be mixed up.
Yes, for exactly the reason you suspect.Twofer Question: In general, is this mod laggier than the vanilla version and, if so, are there any quick fixes for this beyond the normal stuff (removing trees, etc.)?
Reason I ask is because i'm experiencing a greater amount of lag when playing with this mod enabled; i'm assuming it's due to the added events/mechanics.
When the saint go marching in...
Am i missing something here or are they spammed too much? I mean, in the game i am playing there's a saint declared every month or so: ok, the +100 piety for the dynasty they belonged is fine and hardy game breaking (BTW every character gets the bonus or only the landed ones?) BUT they also give free moral authority to the Catholic Church; add the fact that antipopes doesn't weight anymore that much and you get to the point that catholic's authority sits at 100% for all the game.
That's worthwhile feedback. The system's been broken for the last couple of versions, so knowing whether saints are too common is worth noting. If they are, I'd like to hear that they are, and I can look tweaking the calculations for it.

2. After a EU4 conversion, will Chalcedon states get a religion reform events as vanilla EU4 catholic do?
1. Are there any chances to drop crown authority after the succession? I'm playing as a Byz basileus, experienced a drop of CA right after the succession.
Do you have a plan to make very mini mod of EU4 for triggering reform events for Chalcedon states? Becasue I do like the conversion feature of Paradox games and CK2+ as well. In order to feel immersive alternative history through CK2+ to EU4, I think reform events feature need to be added.

It is still possible. Now, in order to become Saoshyant, you need to be a Zoroastrian (or follow one of its heresies), have 2000 piety (1500 if you have max-level education or are a Genius), and hold the Persian Empire title, as well as completely controlling the following duchies:Is it possible to become Saoshyant? I'd think it's not since there isn't a de iure persian empire, but maybe the trigger requirements have been changed or now there is same kind of event the trigger not throught decision.
