If you're talking about only those that appear at the start of an given bookmark, then yes they'd be in History. If you are also including those troops spawned by event after starting the game, they'd be in events, but in no particular or specific file.
Yeah I was just looking for the starting event troops. I don't mind having the extra starting troops. My problem is that unless they are wiped out they keep replenishing. Found some entries with "attrition" listed but many don't.

Anyone know off hand what the attrition should be set too to keep these starting event troops from replenishing? If not I'll try 1.0 first and see how well that works.

You don't want to adjust attrition. There's a separate command they added for reinforcing -- though I would have thought the default was for event troops to NOT reinforce unless that command is used. Perhaps they made it the opposite?

What's the difference between this and SWMH? This just feels like a downgraded version of SMWH, not that, thats bad (that mod is just a cluster F*) but really do you work with them? because i noticed all the tabs are the same, and several of the flags are the same as theres, off the top of my head Aragon and Byzantium. The only thing I personally think they have over this mod is the map, the scale of their map is just amazing. But the hud and how everything is set up is just annoying. They also change alot of the CoA that i payed for and liked which is also annoying. I know I can just go with raw SWMH but this is perferable, and easier. Thanks for you info.

I thought they were not supposed to reinforce either. But then I tried a zoastrian campaign and saw both my starting event stack and the saffarid's replenishing. When looking through the character files I noticed some troops entries had an attrition line and some did not. Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me so I'll try a saffarid campaign shortly and see if they do it again.

We and SWMH do not work together in any way, shape, or form. I can't speak for the other devs but, personally, I have never played a game with SWMH. The difference is SWMH is a map mod that is part of HIP, we are a total overhaul mod that changes the entire game.

Confirmed that saffarid's three five thousand plus stacks in the 867 bookmark are replenishing. Running CK2+ with CC and BLG. They don't need an extra seventeen thousand troops so I'm going to take another look at the character files. Here is one of the entries from the persian file.
Code:
            spawn_unit = {
                province = 906 # Birjand
                owner = ROOT
                leader = ROOT
                troops = {
                    light_infantry = { 1992 1992 }
                    heavy_infantry = { 1664 1664 }
                    pikemen = { 397 397 }
                    archers = { 969 969 }
                    light_cavalry = { 755 755 }
                    knights = { 46 46 }
                    horse_archers = { 90 90 }
                }
                attrition = 1.0
            }
I've tried changing attrition to 2.0 and removing it completely. The stack still replenishes. Is there a command that keeps it from refilling?

Yes. I've already told you it's not attrition, but rather a new command they added. Let me look it up.

EDIT: In the changelog -- "Added flags reinforcing [yes/no] and reinforce_rate_multiplier to the spawn unit effect." So I imagine either of those would work.

Thank you, will test.

Oh well, looks like its a bug then. Still refilling. Will launch vanilla and see if it does the same.

What was with the changes to Iberia's de jure layout? I originally assumed it was a carry over from horse lords however enough time has passed that it is almost certainly WAD. Not trying to bash or anything I just want to understand the logic behind such a change.

It was changed to match the vanilla changes. Not sure if I'll keep them all, however -- I don't really like the extension of Aquitaine, for instance.

Is the Ancient Religions Celtic headhunter events in the mod? I saw the traits and the events but couldn't find the trigger events in on_actions.

Yes, but they aren't triggered directly from on_actions, they are triggered via the battle heroism and battlefield duel events in on_actions.

How do I convert to hellenic?

If you are Christian or Muslim and have Way of Life, take the Scholarship focus and wait for an event that gives you a chance to pursue ancient knowledge. (without Way of Life, a decision should be visible to let you start this event chain.)

In either case, the religion you can convert to this way is culture-specific: for Hellenic, you'll need to be Lombard, Italian, either of the Sicilian cultures, or a member of the Byzantine or Crusader culture groups.

Excuse me, but how would I go about allowing primogeniture for all Norse cultured rulers, even Nordic tribals? I've tried doing it myself, but I didn't accomplish anything.

I apologize if this is kind of a taboo subject, but are the prime features that distinguishes CK2+ from HIP? Aside from the fact that your goals are different.

If you look in the first post of the download thread, all the major features for Plus are there. As to how they compare to HIP, I really couldn't tell you.

Is it possible to change the holy sites for celtic pagans to something other than the nordic ones? If so, how? I find it strange that none of them is in Wales/Ireland/Scotland.

Last I checked the Celtic holy sites were in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England (Essex Specifically), and Brittany.
