Out of curiosity, has Muslim succession (or Muslims in general) been touched at all? Numerous people have pointed out that all Muslims using purely agnatic succession isn't particularly accurate; compared to Catholics, female rulers were only slightly less common (which is to say rare but with a handful of examples).
No, Muslim succession hasn't been touched -- which is to say they are locked out of changing their succession laws at all. If someone has suggestions as to how that might be changed (without changing the succession laws themselves, which we can't do), I'm all for it -- but that's something for the suggestion thread (or a new one).
