Im trying to create new custom empire from kingdoms of Poland and Kiev, but the tooltip over intrigue action says " (X) The Kingdom of Poland is permitted to be the base for a custom empire". What does this mean?

Thank you for your help. That tooltip is a bit misleading.
How so? The Kingdom of Poland is your primary title. It would be the base for your custom empire ("the Empire of Poland"), but that's not permitted. What else would the tooltip say?
FFS. Whatever will be done to Monks and Mystics will be done once the team has a chance to play the new features and see how they work, how they would like to tweak them (if at all) and how moddable they are. This question, frankly, is one of the most annoying parts of the time leading up to the release of any given DLC. The only possible answer is "No idea".So,if i may ask, what's the plan for monks and mysics, when it comes out?
Will you be changing/adding anything to the mod due to some of the stuff it adds? (ie,the treasury.)
Unless I'm mistaken, you need a stone hillfort in each holding that is to be upgraded to a castle.I'm working on turning to feudalism but I'm not certain what the criteria is for making holdings in my provinces be upgraded when taking the decision. I thought it was just that the provinces were of Norse culture (playing Viking king) but the indicator about which holdings are not upgraded with the decision is broken so I'm not sure.
Can anyone help?

Not just my capital? That's a lot of some hill forts...Unless I'm mistaken, you need a stone hillfort in each holding that is to be upgraded to a castle.

Well you don't need all your tribal holdings to have stone hillforts to become fuedal, just your capital. As long as the tribal holdings are in provinces of your culture, then it isn't a big issue that they don't get upgraded right away. Not just my capital? That's a lot of some hill forts...

1) Click on a province somewhere in Germany
2) At the top right of the province tab that appears, just left of the "independant state that owns this province" CoA, there should be a little button with the symbol that is also that of the "demense too large" warning you get.
3) Highlight this button. This shows all the regions that province is part of. If you're looking at a province in Germania, it'll be listed
4) Click on the this button until Germania is highlighted. Zoom out. A big, glowing blue border will surround the area entitled Germania.
NWO question: can you re-form/form the ERE/RE with a hellenistic ruler when you play with shattered realm?
