Is it right to assume that sensors marked with "Reduced counter-detection: 0%" (I think that's the phrase) can be turned on without any risk of increased detection? Is there any conceivable situation where you wouldn't want these turned on?

Turning these on turns the icon yellow instead of green, but it's not clear what that means.

Is it right to assume that sensors marked with "Reduced counter-detection: 0%" (I think that's the phrase) can be turned on without any risk of increased detection? Is there any conceivable situation where you wouldn't want these turned on?
Oh, it's the other way around. 0% means they can see you radiating from Moscow. 95% means you have a significantly better chance of avoiding counter-detection.

We added this to the UI in the last minute more or less; sorry we haven't documented it yet. Will happen.

Oh, haha, so that's why my ships keep getting sunk.

Maybe the interface would be clearer if it was the other way round: something like "visibility", "noisiness" or "detectability", which would be 100% for normal radars and a lower percentage for radars that are less likely to be detected.
