I left them there long enough for them to fully de-org so I guess misterbean is correct. If they join the allies or I get an alliance with them will I be able to move in without running out of supplies?
I couldn't find anything when I checked the game files so I tried it out in game. Annexation gives you 20% of the leadership but there's no difference when puppeting. Is there something wonky going on with my game? The wiki says you gain a portion of your puppets leadership. What percentage of leadership do you gain when annexing or puppeting a nation?

It says so here. I'm guessing the information is outdated and the bonus was removed. If so, how do I add it back?Puppeting gives you leadership? I was almost sure it didn't give you leadership or IC
Not sure, but generally I'd advise not to use sortie mission and also waste ls on that tech. The mission is useless. Just patrol when you don't have a target and move to when you have.Anybody know what the significance of the navy/air doctrine techs that reduce organization penalty? E.g. "Sortie Organization Penalty -5%"? Does that mean I'm taking an org penalty just by selecting the mission? Or does it reduce the org damage my ships take?

Puppeting gives you nothing, except a puppet, not having to worry about insurgents in those provinces, and excess resources the puppet produces once it has 1000 in stock. What percentage of leadership do you gain when annexing or puppeting a nation?

To check out what annexing gives you, look in /common/static_modifiers.txt file.
It says so in this gamefag as well which is for TFH. Again, did they change it in one of the patches and so - how do I change it back?

I tested it in game but saw no difference unfortunately. It's a shame. I should benefit from more than resources when I have the entire eastern block and Scandinavia as puppets in my USSR game. If I want to increase leadership by a big amount then the only choice I have is blobbing. What a shame. It's possible that this got added in to TFH, to make puppeting more similar to the "Collaboration Government" occupation policy.... Can someone cheat their way to this and find out? Could you test it just by firing up as Japan and releasing Manchukuo to independendence? This will be relevant to my game when I invade Japan... since I want Leadership more than anything else.
