Is there a "find someone by name" function? c menu only search by keyword or filter.

Start typing something, for example "Bob," and the drop-down should have a first option along the lines of "First name matches 'Bob'"

I don't see any negative opinion effect from raiding another realm. Why is this?

Is there a place where we can see the opinion of X (not yourself) towards someone else?
The only one I found is the opinion of a vassal towards his liege which is displayed under the "liege" portrait.

But for example, where can i see the opinion of a woman towards her husband?

Not AFAIK, but I would love this feature too. I find it quite odd that they don't have it since it was in CK2 and appears a simple thing to implement. All the numbers are already there and constantly used by the game, all we need is an interface feature to display it to us.

In the achievement Land of the Rus I need to create the empire of Russia. But I don't understand what the requisites are for that. What lands do I need to conquer? Do I need to change my culture/religion too? Can anyone explain perhaps?

And where is the pope when you take Rome? is he "invisible" and has an army, a title but no land i can siege?

The empire of Russia is not created by decision, but the "normal" way. It doesn't require any particular culture or anything like that, just more than 80% of its de jure counties and two kingdom titles. In the case of Russia that is 71 out of 88 counties. You can see how many you already have by going to its title page.

In the lower right corner, you can click on the 'fancy' crown and see the empire view. This will show the de jure empires. I've been using this to know which lands to conquer to from the Lower Baltic Empire to compliment my vast Carpathian empire. Sadly, when I died, the empires split between my kids.

I thought "regions" were fix when de iure is dynamic... that's what the game says anyway (oh sorry i was gonna make a screenshot but well it's in french), so this solution implies that it works only if the italian de iure empire has not changed.

Seen has de iure titles move bit by bit... i can't be sure, can i?

I tried but the window goes in front of the map, and when moving the window, it closes the highlight.

Italy is behind. I can see the "top part" but for the soutern... no idea where it is ...

and while posting this, i remember i can close those petty events. I totally forgot because they spam me so much i do not really click on them anymore.

And as i feared, the byzantine empire has to be fought. Well i was preparing to murder their alliance with West Francia anyway soo... next target!

That crusade spam and landless pope have to go, it is really boring.

especially in the duchy ranks there a just too many at searching

The reason I ask is that I plan to concur the world in this run, then wait out the clock for the "End of an Era" achievement. I figure I might run into rebellion problems if I have 100 years of negative opinion peace penalty.

What you mean dynasty expansion? You can see top realm in the realm map on zoom out, there is not many.

A duchy in other realm is still good for many purpose: inherite, renown points, claim..

I assume it would, but if you've successfully conquered the world you can probably reform your religion

Also, I have another unrelated question: I am a khan (king-level) and I granted one of my county-level vassals, Gzi, a duchy title, the High Chiefdom of Altay. Shortly after, the title seems to have been renamed "The Gzi Duchy". I think this is a cute feature, I'm just wondering if it's completely random or if it happens due to some event or a personality trait.

The major_religious_war casus belli

The flag is added is added to the character on declaration, not on the conclusion (victory, white peace, or defeat):

By my reading your heir will not get the flag and will be able to declare another kingdom holy war.

How does Dejure Drift for empires work? I've had most of Hispania, Francia, and Britania for quite some time now and there hasn't been any dejure drift. They are in kingdoms. I even won Aquatain and England in their entirety through kingdom holy wars. It is my understanding that they need to be in wholly controlled kingdoms and not duchies, but that doesn't seem to help. I don't know if I'm not setting it up right, or if I just need to be patient.

Below are screen shots of how they are set up. I finally have sections of Hispania drifting, but I don't know why it took so long and how it started.
