How to calculate a Vassal contributions levies? I know that the feudal contract % is based on this "contributed" levies, but I don't know how much is the "contributed" levies.

Awesome. I remember there being some confusion a while back on whether they would be in the game. And I haven't seen them personally myself yet.
I've seen a bunch. :)

If you want to look them up in the game files to verify for yourself try searching for "secret_murder_attempt" :)

Can anyone please tell me if they have had the same issue with the “ Empower Sicilian Parliament “ decision as Apulia and if they know if it’s a bug or something different.

The problem I’m having is when you take the decision there is suppose to be a “Sicilian Parliament” building constructed in Palermo along with a modifier in all your counties, well there’s the modifier present but no building is anywhere to be seen. When you take the decision it even pops up in the notifications that a Parliament building was constructed in Palermo but there’s nothing in any of the holdings I’ve looked thoroughly. Any help would be great

How do I change Capitals? I want to go from (wherever in Norway) to London.
When you click on a holding, you should see a crown with an arrow next the holding name. Mine in this screen shot is greyed out.

It applies in CK3: if the title is under a Male Dominated rule then women's claims can only be pressed against women, children, and incapable rulers.

IIRC the info is in the tooltip when you hover over "Male Dominated" in the religion screen, which isn't really the most intuitive place to look for it!

Ahhhh, many thanks, I also tried against a excommunicated ruler, to no avail.
Will have to wait my heir to get all those claims from her then :)

Based on what I've noticed disbanding it during a war will impose a delay, but disbanding it in peacetime won't. Probably to prevent pseudo-teleportation exploits.
Nono, the situation i describe happens during peace time and in friendly territory. I can't seem to find a logical reason for it and it's random so i can't even duplicate the replicate the issue at will.
I'll keep an eye out for it and give more info about it.

Ah - was greyed out and I wasn't seeing it.

You can't release a vassal who is your De Jure Vassal.

I created a new empire (Bohemia, Bavaria, Croatia), so those all got De Jure. Guess I will need to solidify another Kingdom first.

Is the only way to claim land from vassals-of-vassals by revoking vassal on their liege first?

I finally seem to have reformed my ineritance laws enough to keep my capital's duchy but at this point there's lands in there that's 3 vassals deep into my empire.

Hello

sorry for my noobish question, but here it goes: I am the magnificant King of Sicily and for some reason Benevento is held by the Papal State. Pope is my friend, he actually gave me the claim to the title of Duchy of Benevento... but its his own vassal?? Is there a PEACFUL way how I get this land? I dont want to declare war on our heavenly father. What to do?

You can technically steal the territory by having a vassal of equal tier title inherit that duchy. So, you could try marrying into the Duke of Beneventos family, have some of his other heirs have tragic accidents, than grant the married party on your side a duchy in your realm. Then, once there's children, kill off the duke on your side, causing his sole child to become your vassal. Than kill of the child's other parent (the now-Duke of Benevento), and your vassal should gain that title as well, causing it to pass into your realm.

Note that this can be prevented by High Crown Authority, albeit I don't know whether the papacity has that mechanic.

Revoking titles is always tyranical unless they've commited a crime. Crown authority lv 3 just means you can legally arrest them if they refuse, it doesn't stop everyone from throwing a fit
