Is it possible to rename characters up to 10 years of age, as it was in ck 2? Can I marry my dynastic vassals with rings icon (children,grandchildren)?

I have a son who can be put in prison for trying to murder a family member, is there a way I can tell who he tried to have murdered?
No you can't rename characters.
Yes you can marry within your dynasty and house as long as your religion allows it. The game will give you a little warning about inbreeding on the screen where you would click OK to go through with the bethrothal/marriage.
Mayors pay a flat 20% tax in gold and 12% in levies. The total tax/levy vs the contribution can be seen for each vassal including mayors in the vassal tab of the realm menu (F2).

Either the spymaster disrupt schemes task if the family member is in your court has a chance of discovering the exact scheme.
If not in your court you'd have to you the spymaster to Find Secrets, but that may only work if the murder is successful. I'm not sure if there is an Attempted Murder secret. I know of course they would get a secret if the Murder was successful.
Are there special rules for female claims? I'm playing as Lombardy, and I got a wife with claims on many duchies around (piedmont, carinthia, etc), but when I go to declare war, while I have the CB to press claim and can select her as beneficiary, I can't select any war objective (and therefore can't declare war).
I remember in CK2 to press a woman's claim the title in question had to be under regency or with other problems, does anyone know if that still applies? I see no tooltips regarding that.

The most obvious tab! I was checking every tooltip I could find everywhere else, but I never really look at the realm tab at all so never thought of it. Thank you!
Based on what I've noticed disbanding it during a war will impose a delay, but disbanding it in peacetime won't. Probably to prevent pseudo-teleportation exploits.

It applies in CK3: if the title is under a Male Dominated rule then women's claims can only be pressed against women, children, and incapable rulers.
IIRC the info is in the tooltip when you hover over "Male Dominated" in the religion screen, which isn't really the most intuitive place to look for it!

So, I started as Mathilda of Tuscany, I hold the Kingdom of Italy, I have over 100 living dynasty members, and I've founded the Knights Hospitaller, but the Give a Dog a Bone achievement hasn't popped. Am I missing something? Did I have to do all that AS Mathilda instead of one of her descendants?
Apparently all achievements requiring you to start the game as a specific named character are broken.

No you don't have to do that one as Matilda, you only have to start as her.
I'll ask a stupid question, do you have ironman on? It's off by default, and the settings don't save.
So every restart of an ironman run you have to turn it back on manually.
I don't think they are broken. I already have the achievements for Matilda, Haesteinn , the Jimena siblings, and the sons of Ragnarr Lothbrok.

Awesome. I remember there being some confusion a while back on whether they would be in the game. And I haven't seen them personally myself yet.I have seen Attempted Murder secrets.
I'm playing as the King of Bohemia within the HRE. Before I was able to fabricate claims within the HRE and declare war on my neighbors. Now, the emperor has increased crown authority to lvl 3, which blocks vassals from declaring war on each other UNLESS you have a hook on the emperor. I find this to be extremely tedious for land expansion since the HRE is consuming all land across Europe and then some... May I get advice on the best route to continue my expansion within the HRE? Forming a faction to lower crown authority seems futile because I can't create hooks fast enough to grow support. Thanks!
