Title says it all. I haven't seen a thread opened in a model of one in EU4 forum, so I thought it might be nice to put all the little questions in one topic.

First off, info that I didn't catch yet - what is the highest stat number a character gets, without personality bonuses?

As in EU, it's 6/6/6, in I:R I think it's 9, but not sure.

Anyone knows for sure?

I have seen a 19 martial character in one of the dev clashes so there do not seems to be a hard cap.

Yes but without I have seen atleast 13 but that don't mean it is a cap.

Is there a place to report early build bugs on the forums?
I've found a streamer playing as Crete with a senate that didnt allow DOW on Macedon or Egypt because "you are trading with that nation" modifier. Forgot which faction didn't let you DOW, but the streamer checked and had to reload the game for the modifier go away. He wasnt trading with subjects either.

Well I assume that this forum will be moved to "Recently Published Games", or a new Imperator forum will be made there and this one will be deleted (which I doubt); furthermore, it's safe to assume that a bug reporting section will be added in over there at the same time.

Once this happens after release just post about it there. Also post a link to the VOD. If they already know about it then it will maybe be fixed with the first patch, and if they don't know then good, you helped make the game better.​
